A deposit of 40% is required on confirming a booking and the balance should be cleared at least a month before the start of the safari.

Cancellation

The amount paid will be refunded less the charges of the involved suppliers e.g. Hotels, Lodges, Parks, airlines and other relevant expenses

1. For bookings cancelled or amended in numbers between 35-15 days from the date of arrival, 35% of the quoted cost will be charged.
2. For the bookings cancelled or amended in numbers between 15-8 days before the date of arrival, 50% of the quoted cost will be charged.
3. Incase of cancellation within 7 days from the arrival date, or in a case of failure without notice, 100% of the quoted cost applies. However, we try and negotiate with the suppliers and in case there is another group that was in the waitlist, the charges may be pardoned to a given percentage. (no guarantee)

Rates

Our prices include: Accommodation, park fees into national parks and game reserves, ground transportation, Flying doctors insurance (for flying packages), driver guides’ allowances per itinerary, meals while on safari, upcoming expenses during safari, drinking water for clients during safari. The rates quoted/printed are subject to minimal change without prior notice due to the dynamic nature of our industry.

Transportation

We conduct our safaris with specially designed land cruisers, land rovers, saloon cars, 25 seater coaches and trucks as per the nature of safari and also the request of the client. We advice on the best that suites every single safari.

Accommodation

We offer standard facilities to our clients in different classes as per individual requests. We offer double sharing , single and at times triple. These are subject to availability regarding specific properties but we always offer quality accommodation to all our clients.

Equipment

In case of mountain climbing for the adventure safaris, the climbing gear is not included in the quotation but we hire them to our clients at the time of climbing.

Caution

Adventure safaris at times pose personal risks to participants, therefore every participant must accept the risk. We are not liable for any loss, damage or injury in the event. However, we offer first aid and also take maximum protective measures to our clients and advice them to take an insurance policy to cover personal accidents and medical expenses. We have always arranged this to all at relatively friendly cost.
